In this course, you will learn about the production and distribution of agricultural commodities and food products.

  • Global trade agreements of agricultural commodities
  • The implications of disruptions on the food supply chain
  • Crop and livestock production
  • The systems used to distribute products to consumers
  • Issues surrounding sustainability, technology, and the environment related to food supply chains

This for-credit course includes high-engagement features like weekly live sessions, assessments, group projects, office hours, and exams. It builds on the following foundational content developed by ACES and hosted on Coursera. Completion of the following MOOCs (Massive Open Online Course) is required to earn credit; MOOC completion alone is not credit-bearing.
